Living in Balance!!!
When you are a parent it can be difficult to keep everything balanced, in our busy life styles. If you are finding yourself overly stressed and you can’t seem to relax, try writing it out. Ask yourself and answer these 10 questions:
1)What is it that stresses me?
2)What am I feeling guilty about, what is it that triggers this guilt?
3)What am I worried about?
4)What overwhelms me?
5)What drains me??(people, relationships, activities, situations)
6)What do I want to change about the way I spend my time and energy???
7)What Blesses me, makes me smile and brings me joy?
8)What activities and relationships do I find most satisfying?
9)When do I feel most alive?
10)What do I want more of in my life
Keep a journal either on your computer or one you keep under your matress,lol. Honor your spirit, make time for reflection, reverence and beauty. Express what is meaningful in your life, and honor special life events !!!!
